Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VPS-Managed hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. VPS-Managed reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

VPS-Managed provides web hosting, virtual private server (VPS) hosting, dedicated server hosting, and related managed services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may not use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: distribution of malware, phishing, spamming, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates Italian or European Union law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due on the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime on all hosting plans. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding the SLA threshold. The SLA does not cover scheduled maintenance, customer-caused outages, or force majeure events.

6. Data and Privacy

Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data, although we provide automated backup services as part of our managed plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

VPS-Managed liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
